Driv våra projekt på plats och supporta i offertfasen
Som Project manager jobbar du nära våra övriga funktioner inom Service & Installation så som Sales och Sitemanager. Du kommer variera ditt arbete med viss del på kontoret och viss del ute på projek. Du kommer ha huvudansvar i att planera, utveckla och leverera projekt inom budget, tidsram och med fokus på QHSE.
Denna roll kommer ha placeringsort i Stockholm med omnejd. Beroende på var projekten finns i framtiden så kan tjänsten ge möjlighet till arbete på andra orter och även utomlands. Resor till Karlskrona kan ibland bli aktuellt för vissa interna möten då Service & Installationsavdelning är lokaliserad där.
Rollen inkluderar produktansvar gentemot kunder i säljfasen och i sammanställning av dokumentation. Det är du som kommer planera, utveckla och koordinera ihop med dina resurser och leverantörer på site. HSE-arbetet ligger också inom din roll.

Du kommer också:

  • Delta i kundmöten och är huvudkontaktperson mot kunden under projektets gång.
  • Planering av uppgifter samt kommunikation och uppföljning av andra on site.
  • Utveckla rutiner och processer för onsite-jobb.
  • Driva och delta i Service process och VCA-arbete.
  • Agera support i offertarbetet med Service säljorganisation.

Tjänsten kräver möjlighet att resa med kort varsel. Du förväntas resa in- och utrikes ca. 20-30 % av tjänstens omfattning.

Resultatorienterad och strukturerad kommunikatör
Vi letar efter en engagerad och prestationsinriktad Project manager med ett strategiskt tankesätt. Du är strukturerad och har förmågan att arbeta mot resultat. Dessutom besitter du goda färdigheter inom dokumentation. Att arbeta under press utan att kompromissa med resultatet är inget problem för dig. Det är meriterande om du har lång erfarenhet av kabelentreprenader i rollen som Project Manager.

För att lyckas i rollen bör du ha följande erfarenheter:

  • Kandidatexamen, företrädesvis inom anläggning eller kabelteknik, alternativt lång erfarenhet inom området med högspänning (HV).
  • Erfarenhet och kompetens inom anläggning, el-relaterade arbeten, kabelentreprenader och schaktarbeten.
  • Har genomfört flertalet projekt från start till mål som projektledare.
  • Erfarenhet av schaktentreprenader inom ledningsförläggning.
  • Erfarenhet av kontraktsformat AB04, ABT06 samt AMA.
  • Talar och skriver svenska och engelska flytande.
