Opgaver
  • Ansvar for konferenceafdelingen
  • Rådgivning i forhold til at skabe så gode og effektive møder og konferencer som muligt
  • Daglig ledelse, coaching af teamet som består af 3 Team Members og deltagelse i driften
  • Vagtplanlægning og andre administrative opgaver
Hvem er du
  • Du har indgående kendskab og solid erfaring med konferencer på et større hotel
  • Du har ledelseserfaring
  • Du har et godt overblik og som person er du kreativ, detaljeorienteret, har et højt energiniveau og arbejder resultatorienteret
  • Du er fortrolig med Office-pakken og det er en fordel, hvis du har arbejdet med Opera Cloud
  • Du taler et nordisk sprog og kan kommunikere på engelsk, som er vores koncernsprog
