How to contribute to our vision
As a Team Lead in our technical maintenance team, you will be responsible for a team mainly composed of marine engineers. You will have the overall responsibility for leading, coordinating, and developing the technical personnel. You will play a key role in ensuring our plant and equipment is operating efficiently and in a safe manner.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and supervise the technical team in their day-to-day tasks
  • Ensure optimal operation
  • Plan and coordinate larger maintenance operations and project coordination
  • Develop and implement processes and standards for safe operations
  • Conduct internal training and development of the team, ensuring a high professional standard
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure operations run efficiently with limited downtime

What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance of leading the change.

We are also looking for candidates who have:

  • A marine engineer background or similar technical education
  • Technical competence and an understanding of production machinery and plants
  • Great interpersonal communication skills
  • A structured approach to problem solving
  • Experience in working in accordance with HSE procedures
  • Prior experience as a team lead is beneficial but not a requirement
