How can you contribute to our vision?
At our factory in Aalborg, you will be responsible for production, and here you are the visible leader and teammate who sets the direction for your employees on the shop floor.

Your specific tasks will include:

• Leadership of the Transport Department, including personnel responsibility and resource management.
• Implementation of a data-driven approach to operations, including analysis of activities to optimize resources.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures in all aspects of the transport task.
• Developing and implementing well-being initiatives for the department's employees, ensuring a positive work culture and maintaining employee engagement.

How can you make a difference?
By having a passion for renewable energy and an understanding of the importance of leading change. We are also looking for someone who understands that leadership takes place among and with your employees.

As a leader, you are motivating, and you have the ability to create enthusiasm and curiosity among your employees, as you value job satisfaction highly.

It is also important that you thrive in a busy environment and that you are driven by the desire to achieve results. Furthermore, we expect that you know what it means to work in a production environment and that you have an education in management combined with hands-on leadership experience. Last but not least, you have:

• A relevant educational background in logistics, supply chain, or similar. Documented experience in managing transport, logistics, or production.
• Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action plans.
• An understanding of safety procedures and protocols in industrial environments.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
