About the role
In this position, you'll work at the forefront of geomagnetic research, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to process and analyze magnetic data. Your expertise will contribute to a deeper understanding of Earth's magnetic field, with the potential to make a significant impact in the field.

What we’re looking for
We’re seeking someone who:

  • has solid knowledge of Earth's magnetic field and is familiar with magnetic data
  • is experienced in using MATLAB or Python for data processing
  • ideally, has prior experience with processing magnetic data
  • is comfortable working with the Linux operating system(this is a plus).

Salary and appointment terms
The appointment will be based on the collective agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations.

The position is part-time (up to 15 hours per week) in agreement with the candidate. The position is temporary, lasting until 31 December 2026.

The starting date is 1 March 2025, or as mutually agreed.
