DTU Space seeks a 2 year Postdoc in GNSS signal processing.
The position is anchored in the division of Geodesy and Earth Observation (GEO). In this position, you will develop algorithms and methods aimed at improving GNSS position integrity and mitigate/reduce both natural and intentional signal interference, that can be caused by multipath, jamming or spoofing.

In addition to research, you will also take part in teaching, public sector consultancy and innovation.

Responsibilities and qualifications
You will be working with and have the following responsibilities and tasks:

  • Research in robust positioning methods utilizing GNSS with emphasis on signal processing algorithms and fusion with other sensors.
  • Research in methods and algorithms for detection, localization and mitigation of radio frequency interference of GNSS signals.
  • Research-based teaching in GNSS, geodesy and surveying. The teaching must be conducted in both Danish and English at both bachelor’s (BSc) and master’s level (MSc).
  • Co-supervision of BSc, MSc and PhD projects.
  • Public sector consultancy and participation in activities related to our work programme with SDFI.

As a formal qualification, you must hold a PhD degree (or equivalent).

Salary and terms of employment
The appointment will be based on the collective agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations. The allowance will be agreed upon with the relevant union.

The period of employment is 2 years.
