The Role

As the new Senior Graphic Designer, you'll play a crucial role in the organization, where you'll be a part of shaping Les Deux's visual identity across print, digital, web, and video channels. You'll align with our design language while adding your own creative spin, collaborating closely with our Creative Director, Mathias, plus our Marketing, Brand Engagement, and eCommerce teams. The position is an exciting opportunity to innovate and create a lasting impact, and you'll report directly to our Marketing Director, Nick.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Design unique and impactful logos and graphics that stand out from the crowd & match our brand identity.
  • Create sales materials such as digital and print lookbooks, fit guides, and visual merchandising guides.
  • Develop eye-catching content that captures the audience's attention on social media.
  • Design compelling visuals that drive sales & engagement for ads, email, and site with our eCom team.
  • Prepare images for our smart-frame banners for our retail and wholesale shops.
  • Design campaign material for our brand stores, including window foils, stickers, and signs.
  • Design the visual look for events such as fashion fairs, pop-up shops, basketball courts, etc.
  • Guide our Graphic Design trainee, William.
  • Proactively respond to data insights to improve our visual output.
  • Any additional design tasks.
What You Offer

We expect you to have a great drive, take ownership of your tasks, and hit the deadlines that fall on a busy Marketing department. It's a dynamic environment where we work hard, have fun while we're doing it, and embrace creativity.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A high level of expertise in design programs within Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A creative thinker who can visualize storylines and concepts & match our aesthetics.
  • You're detail-oriented.
  • You're open to how the data says we can improve.
  • You take other ideas on board and collaborate well with others, but you're just as happy working solo.
  • An interest in and knowledge of current design trends.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on getting the tasks solved in the best way possible to support the different areas of the organization.
