Dine opgaver vil være følgende:

  1. Lønbehandling, både funktionærer og timelønnede medarbejdere. Vi anvender Quinyx til timeregistrering.
  2. Indberetning og afstemning af lønrelaterede poster til regnskab, Skat, ATP, feriepenge mv.
  3. Rådgivning af medarbejdere om lønspørgsmål.
  4. Ad-hoc opgaver indenfor løn og evt. finans.

Din profil:

  1. Relevant uddannelse indenfor økonomi, HR eller lignende.
  2. Erfaring med insourcing af løn og implementering af lønsystem.
  3. Erfaring med lønadministration og timeregistrering.
  4. Arbejder struktureret, detaljeorienteret og kan overholde deadlines.
  5. Er serviceorienteret og har stærke kommunikative evner (på dansk og engelsk).
  6. Kan arbejde selvstændig og er proaktiv i din tilgang.

Denne position har lokation på vores HQ i Søborg og mindre rejseaktivitet kan forventes til vores andre kontorer i UK og Holland.
