We are in an exciting growth phase where innovative approaches to social media and influencer marketing are vital. We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Community Manager who can help enhance hummel's global brand presence and engage with our diverse audience across social media platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

As our Community Manager, you will play a key role in managing and growing HALO and Newline's social media presence. You will be the voice of these brands on social media, responsible for creating engaging content, building strong relationships with our community, and ensuring a consistent brand message. Your primary tasks will include:

  1. Grow Social Media Profiles: Increase followers and be the voice of HALO and Newline across social media. Plan, post, and manage organic content as well as social media initiatives and campaigns across channels.
  2. Build and Maintain a Strong Community: Develop a strong community and engage with the audience by responding to comments, fostering interaction, and nurturing relationships.
  3. Innovation and Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and fashion to keep HALO and Newline at the forefront of the industry.
  4. Maintain and Develop Our Content Squad: Identify and collaborate with top content creators. Manage monthly campaigns, including outreach, briefing, deal negotiation, product distribution, content retrieval, and feedback.
  5. Track Engagement: Monitor engagement, impressions, follower growth, and other metrics to ensure community dedication and continuous channel growth.
  6. Brand Representation and Promotion: Ensure that all social media content aligns with HALO and Newline's brand identity, values, and vision.
  7. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing teams and partners, to tell compelling brand stories.

We imagine that our new Community Manager has at least 3 years of experience in social media management, particularly on a global scale, and is well-versed in community management and influencer marketing. You should be creative, innovative, and have a strong understanding of the fashion and activewear industry. We also value:

  6. Passion for Fashion: A genuine interest in and passion for fashion. This passion is crucial for authenticity and a deep understanding of industry trends.
  7. Passion for Social Media: Eager to stay updated on the latest trends and actively engaged on social media platforms.
  8. Commercial Awareness: Understand the commercial aspects of social media, including driving sales and brand growth through the channel.
  9. Self-Driven: Highly motivated, independent, and able to take responsibility.
