Coworks with customers to shape a sustainable and livable world. We are looking for a motivated Management Assistant to support our Senior Vice President (SVP) in managing business projects, facilitating stakeholder communication, and ensuring the smooth implementation of strategic priorities.

As a Management Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing analytical support to the SVP by gathering and interpreting business data, preparing reports, and delivering insights that inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Assisting in planning and executing key business projects by managing timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Serving as a connection point between the SVP and internal and external parties, facilitating open communication, alignment on project aims, and efficient teamwork across various teams and departments.
  • Managing day-to-day administrative tasks for the SVP, including procurement, vendor management, documentation, and transaction coordination.

Your Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in management, Business Administration, economics, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in an administrative, HR, or operations role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of local employment laws and regulations.
  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in Danish is desirable.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, work with a team, and complete tasks efficiently.
