Dit bidrag – Styring, udvikling og samarbejdeSom Incident Manager vil du få en nøglerolle i at drive og videreudvikle vores Incident Management-praksis. Dit arbejde vil være med til at sikre en professionel håndtering af incidents og en stabil drift af vores systemer. Du vil bl.a. arbejde med:
- Drive Incident Management-processen : Sikre korrekt prioritering og håndtering af incidents i samarbejde med Service Desk, Service Delivery og andre enheder.
- Videreudvikling af Incident Management : Lede den kontinuerlige forbedring af praksissen og processen i samarbejde med andre praksisejere.
- Analyse og forebyggelse : Identificere mønstre i incident-trends og arbejde sammen med Problem Management for at forebygge gentagne fejl.
- Situation Management : Deltage i Situation Management-vagtordning og tage ejerskab af kritiske driftshændelser (Major Incidents).
- Uddannelse og forankring : Sikre, at relevante teams og stakeholders er trænet i og efterlever Incident Management-processen.
Vi forestiller os, at du har:
- Minimum 4-5 års erfaring med Incident Management og Major Incident Management.
- Praktisk erfaring med ITSM-værktøjer som ServiceNow, Cherwell, Remedy eller Ivanti.
- Stærke kommunikationsevner på dansk og engelsk samt evnen til at samarbejde på tværs af teams.
- En struktureret og analytisk tilgang til problemløsning.
- Serviceminded og metodisk i din opgaveløsning.
