ROOF Bar & Lounge, a rooftop bar and lounge with a view like no other in the city on top of the upscale hotel NH Collection Copenhagen located at Christianshavn.
An incomparable oasis where bartenders conjure seductive cocktails, the kitchen offers exquisite bites and snacks, as guests overlook the water, towers and mint-green copper roofs of the city while facing the sunset.
This is the place where you meet for a culinary respite on top of the day's meetings and bustle, for cocktails and kisses with your loved ones, or for the celebration of freedom when the weekend sets in and the music takes over.

For the upcoming season, we are looking for an experienced full-time Shift Leader . The employment is from May - October , and the position includes evening and weekend shifts.

As part of ROOF – Bar & Lounge team, you will play a key role across all aspects, including overseeing all Bar operations to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Key skills and responsibilities

  • Minimum 2 years of significant experience in a similar position within bar/restaurant environment is essential
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills in English, Danish is a plus
  • A very good knowledge of wines, cocktails, and spirits
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, ensuring seamless operations
  • A knowledge of POS system (handling payments)
  • Organizing shift schedule and conducting daily staff meetings
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and resolve conflicts
  • Supervising and training employees, assisting with tasks as necessary
  • A very good knowledge of ReviewPro and online booking system for restaurants
  • Shift briefing and reporting
  • Promoting a positive and collaborative work environment
