Din rolle
Som Customer Success Consultant er du bindeleddet mellem PeopleXact og vores kunder. Du bliver deres tætte sparringspartner, hjælper dem godt i gang med at bruge vores platform og sikrer, at de opnår mærkbare resultater. Du vil også spille en vigtig rolle i at udvikle vores relationer til kunderne og give dem den bedste oplevelse.
Dine primære opgaver:
- Stå for onboardingforløb og sikre, at nye kunder kommer godt i gang med platformen
- Hjælpe kunder med at udnytte dataindsigter til at fremme trivsel og engagement
- Yde teknisk support og være ekspert i PeopleXact-platformens funktioner
- Opbygge og vedligeholde langvarige kunderelationer ved at imødekomme kunderne og indfri deres forventninger
- Identificere muligheder for at tilbyde yderligere produkter eller services, der skaber værdi for kunderne
- Har erfaring med at arbejde med kunder og kan tilpasse din kommunikation til forskellige kundetyper
- Har en forståelse for kundens behov, forventninger og situation – og kan tilrettelægge indsatsen herefter
- Er struktureret, proaktiv og god til at skabe overblik
- Har indsigt i HR-processer og er interesseret i trivsel og medarbejderudvikling
- Kan forklare komplekse systemfunktioner på en simpel og pædagogisk måde, der skaber tryghed og tillid hos kunderne
- Behersker dansk og engelsk på et professionelt niveau og er klar og præcis i din kommunikation
