Engineering Manager with an interest in building great products

Trackunit is looking for a resourceful Engineering Manager to join our growing engineering team.

You will be leading one of our software engineering teams consisting of data engineers, data scientists, as well as software developers. Together they develop and maintain our data platform that is the foundation for all our data analysis and AI initiatives. The team is currently focused on rethinking how data is made accessible in our SaaS products using GenAI, as well as increasing the scalability of our platform offer. Our teams are building on top of our extendable platform Trackunit Iris that is made available for our customers.

You will be a part of a cross-functional leadership team that includes other Engineering Managers as well as Product Managers. Together you are responsible for all aspects of the product areas within strategic product initiatives, including setting the direction as well as communication on current status and plans.

With locations in the hearts of Copenhagen, Aarhus, Kolding, and Aalborg, we offer you a flexible setup with the possibility to work from any of our hubs or remotely from anywhere in Denmark. No relocation assistance is offered for this role.

What happens from here - overview of the recruitment process
  • Virtual meet and greet. Meet with our Director of Engineering, Torben, who will also be your leader, and a relevant colleague.
  • Personality-based interview. You will be asked to fill out an online personality assessment using Hogan prior to the interview. There are no correct answers and no "truth" - the aim is a dialogue about the results and Trackunit's culture, so you'll get to know us better as well.
  • Assignment-specific interview. We want you to get an insight into some of the concrete work tasks or activities related to the role. You will be given a case to prepare prior to the interview, and at the interview, you will present the case to relevant colleagues from across Trackunit, who you'll also work closely with in the job.
