As a Manager at Bluestage, you will be responsible for managing the execution of our client projects. You will work closely with the client's leadership team and lead the Bluestage implementation teams, ensuring both business value and technical quality. You will apply your technical know-how and analytic mindset to help our clients deliver, implement, and scale enterprise AI and data solutions, AI and digital strategies, roadmaps, and concepts.

You will independently support our clients, deliver best practices, present our results to their stakeholders and decision makers, and agree on the next steps.

Help us implement the future – exciting tasks await you, including:

• Management and delivery of enterprise AI and data solutions.
• Leading the end-to-end implementation and rollout strategies of enterprise AI and data solutions in complex application landscapes and stakeholder environments.
• Using your comprehensive knowledge of IT strategy, AI and data, technology, and industry understanding.
• Collaborating with the client's leadership team, providing expert guidance and support.
• Communicating complex technical matters in business domain terms to non-technical stakeholders and decision makers.
• Taking ownership for presenting key project results.
• Working with an entrepreneurial mind.

Qualifications

• Holds a STEM degree in physics, mathematics, statistics, technology, engineering, or economics.
• Brings between 6-8 years of experience in IT consulting focusing on leading and delivering AI and data end-to-end implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience applying AI and cutting-edge techniques to solve complex business problems.
• Experience working with enterprise solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft D365, or SAP S/4HANA) in the context of transformation projects.
• Strong methodological background and knowledge of AI, software engineering approaches, and IT implementations.
• Know how to build solid IT and AI business cases.
• Strong in building client relations and result orientation.
• Have successfully acquired implementation projects.
• Are excellent at understanding, structuring, and communicating in English (written and spoken).
