2021.AI is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be ready to demonstrate sales excellence to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.

About the role
As a Sales Executive focused on AI Governance at 2021.AI, you will report to the COO and collaborate with leadership to develop new client relationships and drive revenue growth. This role offers significant long-term growth potential as our sales organization expands. You will work closely with senior professionals and product teams to showcase the value of our AI Governance Platform, GRACE.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and expand the client base within the AI Governance space;
  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities — including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services — or new ways of reaching existing markets;
  • Deeply understand our AI Governance products and value propositions;
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs;
  • Working with leads, fostering and developing relationships with customers, partners, and clients;
  • Plan and execute sales campaigns;
  • Perform sales forecasts and analysis, reporting findings to the COO;
  • Provide insights into successes and areas for improvement.

Skills and qualifications

  • Extensive experience in direct sales, particularly in closing new business;
  • Documented selling success;
  • Extended experience in relationship building on C-level;
  • Commercial education (master degree level);
  • Extended experience within account management on C-level;
  • Experience with account planning;
  • Experience in contract negotiation and handling;
  • Experience in selling Enterprise software;
  • Experience within one or more sectors (Banking, Insurance, Life Science, Public);
  • Exceptional communication skills;
  • Proficient analytical skills.

Extra consideration is given to candidates with:

  • Excellent presentation skills.
