Hvad vi leder efter
Vi søger en struktureret, detaljeorienteret og proaktiv person til vores økonomiafdeling. Som vores Financial Controller forventer vi, at du har bred erfaring inden for både regnskab og revision, og er fuldt fortrolig med at arbejde med komplekse data. Du vil skulle håndtere og løse en række forskelligartede arbejdsopgaver i vores økonomiafdeling i tæt samarbejde med både vores Head of Finance og eksterne samarbejdspartnere. Du skal være stærkt medvirkende til at sikre, at Upright Musics økonomiafdeling kører gnidningsfrit i hverdagen, men samtidig have øje for, hvordan vi løbende kan udvikle og automatisere de daglige arbejdsgange på den bedst mulige måde.

Jobbet kræver, at du tager ansvar, koordinerer og er hands-on i de mange forskelligartede økonomi- og royalty-relaterede opgaver. Vi forventer, at du er særdeles kompetent i Excel, har en stærk og veludviklet 'værktøjskasse' med avanceret viden inden for debet/kredit osv. Derudover forventer vi, at du har solid erfaring med at arbejde med finansielle data samt løn-, betalings- og debitorprocesser.

Primære opgaver
At lede, monitorere og være hands-on i forhold til talrige opgaver i vores økonomi- og royaltyafdeling. Eksempler på opgaver er:

  1. Bogføring og fakturering, i samarbejde med eksterne partnere
  2. Håndtering af løn-, betalings- og debitorprocesser osv.
  3. Kvartalsvis afregning af moms i Danmark
  4. Månedlig opfølgning på budgetter
  5. Kvartalsvis rapportering til ledelsesteamet
  6. Udarbejdelse af budgetter
  7. Forberedelse og gennemførelse af den årlige revision
  8. Royaltyprocesser
  9. Håndtering af store, komplekse datamængder
  10. Værdiskabende analyser på tværs af virksomheden
  11. Varetage diverse økonomiske aktiviteter i vores polske selskab

Vi forventer, at du aktivt er medvirkende til at udvikle og opretholde høj kvalitet og effektiv eksekvering i de daglige arbejdsopgaver, samtidig med at bidrage til løbende at forbedre vores automatiseringsprocesser på tværs af afdelingen, for at løfte vores økonomiafdeling til det næste niveau.

Hvad forventer vi af dig?

  • Har minimum 3-5 års erfaring med bogholderimæssige og/eller regnskabsmæssige opgaver. Du er eventuelt uddannet Revisor. Erfaring fra revisionsvirksomhed er et plus men ikke et krav.
  • En baggrund som Financial Controller, Business Controller, Revisor, Seniorbogholder, eller lignende.
  • Relevant uddannelse såsom HDR eller Cand. Merc. Aud.
  • Struktureret, systematisk, detaljeorienteret, engageret, serviceminded og med en proaktiv tankegang.
  • Kendskab til det danske finans- og skattesystem.
  • Bred erfaring inden for regnskab, revision og finans.
  • Indgående kendskab til debet/kredit.
  • Arbejder i e-conomic, Office-pakken (Excel) og har lyst til at lære andre digitale løsninger til optimering.
  • Flydende i dansk og engelsk (mundtligt og skriftligt).
  • Erfaring med Power BI eller andre Business Intelligence-værktøjer er en fordel, men ikke et krav. Tidligere job i Musik eller TV- og mediebranchen kan være en fordel, men er ikke et krav.

Jobbet er baseret i vores skønne, åbne og lyse kontorlokaler i hjertet af København, lige overfor Helligåndskirken.
