Om at være Financial Controller

Som Financial Controller motiveres du af at skabe et økonomisk overblik. Du er proaktiv, struktureret og trives med både udviklings- og rutineprægede opgaver. Din tilgang er analytisk, og du har samtidig øje for detaljer og spotter eventuelle uoverensstemmelser. Som person får du energi af samarbejde og det at være en del af et team. Du nyder at komme ud i forretningen samt at sikre fremdrift såvel som en høj beslutningskvalitet.

Vi ser frem til, at du primært bidrager med:

  • Controlling af lufthavnens investeringsprojekter
  • Gennemgang af processer, compliance og interne kontroller og derved sikrer at investeringer følger interne retningslinjer samt eksterne regler

Du har stakeholders rundt i hele forretningen og vil have et særligt tæt samarbejde med vores projektteams samt vores Procurement team. Derudover vil Accounting og Business Finance også være naturlige samarbejdspartnere. Du bliver dermed et vigtigt bindeled mellem finans og forretningen. Herudover vil du deltage i afdelingens øvrige driftsopgaver herunder periode- og årsregnskaber samt deltage i den generelle controlling.

Du lykkes på den korte bane, når du har skabt et overblik over vores investeringsportefølje og får struktureret de interne processer, som bidrager til at sikre, at både interne regler og retningslinjer samt eksterne regnskabsstandarder overholdes. Derudover er du en social teamspiller, der bidrager til det gode fællesskab.

På den længere bane lykkes du, når du har løftet niveauet på controlling af vores investeringer, ligesom du har opbygget et stærkt og tillidsfuldt samarbejde med dine stakeholders, hvor de ser din rolle som værdiskabende.

Vi ser gerne, at du har en regnskabsmæssig baggrund og mindst 3-5 års erfaring inden for finansiel controlling. Du er en erfaren Excel-bruger, og det vil være en fordel, hvis du har kendskab til SAP, da vi anvender dette system.

Om afdelingen

Financial Controlling & Reporting består af otte medarbejdere, som har ansvaret for den finansielle controlling, interne kontroller og ikke mindst udarbejdelse af ekstern rapportering såsom kvartals- og årsrapporter. Teamet er diverst i sammensætning af køn, alder, anciennitet og kultur. Omgangstonen er uformel, hyggelig og med stor respekt for hinanden.

Min ledelsesstil er tillidsbaseret, åben, ærlig og direkte. Alle spørgsmål er velkomne, og fejl er noget vi lærer af og ikke dømmes på. Teamspirit er vigtigt for mig, og vi skal løfte i flok, selvom vi alle har individuelle ansvarsområder.

Jeg ønsker en uformel atmosfære, hvor vi kærer om hinanden både arbejdsmæssigt og privat.
