Training manager, IT Quality & Compliance

Your new role

IT Quality & Compliance is responsible for driving and setting the right level for quality and compliance within Global IT. We are responsible for all aspects of quality in Global IT, including implementing improvements on our quality management system, ensuring our colleagues are well-trained for their job roles.

As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for

  • Designing and driving continuous improvement on framework training in Global IT with focus on innovative solutions.
  • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and designing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training and other awareness initiatives.
  • Creating and maintaining training content in collaboration with subject matter experts from the IT organization
  • Trending and reporting on quality deliverables for management reporting.

The position is based in our Headquarters in Valby, Copenhagen, and you will be reporting to the Head of IT Quality & Compliance

What you bring to the team

You most likely have an educational background (Bsc / Msc) in an area related to IT organization change with a flavour of behaviour. You might be at an early stage of your professional journey or further along with more experience in your industry. Either way, you bring a lot of good ideas from the beginning.
