This position calls for a structured approach to planning and workload prioritization, with a high focus on details and the ability to make sound decisions. Moreover, it is crucial to have a pragmatic attitude towards people and tasks. Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills are essential to work constructively with others to achieve business goals and in relations to stakeholder management. Finally, we are searching for a team player able to deliver high-quality results under time pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support to Finance and Controlling, Commercial Management and Sales
  2. Support and Assistance with data extraction and analysis for:
    1. Monthly closing
    2. Forecasts & Budgets
    3. Pricing Analysis
    4. Ad hoc analysis
  3. Update of various standard Presentations for several stakeholders
  4. Reporting:
    1. Lift the quality of internal reports and create new reports.
    2. Help Global FB entities with tasks regarding reporting of financials.
  5. Help to organize and consolidate risks collected at all FB entities.
  6. Update Market report for Headquarters in Graz (GCO)
  7. Gather information and analyze on Market Intelligence
  8. Gather data to update, improve and develop reporting tools to support the business.
  9. Keep an open mind and challenge the existing ways of working.

  4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook
  5. Proficiency in oral and written English
  6. Student of Bachelor/Master’s degree related to Business Controlling and/or Finance, ideally with two years left until graduation.
