The Position

In this role, you will become part of the Portfolio Management team within the Commercial Business Line located at our office in Nordhavn. We are a place where people truly work together as a team, valuing each other’s differences and the importance of every team member.

As a Student Analyst, you will have the opportunity to learn from one of the most active and skilled investment teams in Denmark. We practice a mindset of always learning because knowledge-sharing and exploration are fundamental to our success. The team is composed of people with different backgrounds, all with their own angle into real estate transactions.

You will have a unique opportunity to work with investment strategies and portfolio management, and develop a relevant skillset to support your professional growth during your studies.

Investment Strategy:

Support the population of investment strategies across various segments in the commercial business line by:

  • Conducting in-depth market analyses to identify new opportunities

Portfolio Management:

Be a key player in our ongoing evaluation of the portfolio from an investment perspective:

  • Perform continuous assessments of the current portfolio
  • Assess and analyze exit timing, strategic scenarios, and potential development opportunities to maximize returns
  • Review and report on investment performance

Other tasks:

  • Engage in a variety of ad hoc tasks within the team, allowing you to shape your responsibilities based on your interests and current needs
  • Support both small and large strategic projects across teams and countries, collaborating with multiple stakeholders

Qualifications

At Nrep, we seek motivated, business-minded, and diligent colleagues. Ideally, you are a student that has completed at least 1-2 years of relevant university studies, such as finance, economics, business administration, or a relevant engineering field. A genuine interest in the real estate industry and a willingness to learn are essential. Previous real estate knowledge through work experience or studies is a plus. We value all previous work experience that shows your willingness to work with various tasks and develop your skills.

To succeed, you should possess a positive, proactive attitude with good self-management skills. You are a team player with the motivation to take gradually increasing individual responsibility. Your entrepreneurial and analytical working style and excellent communication skills will help you succeed even when asked to complete tasks you are not familiar with. Fluent written and spoken Danish and English are required.
