The Global Regulatory & Quality Coordinator will play a vital role in coordinating activities across the Regulatory, Quality, and Scientific/Technical Development Department . This position is essential for maintaining smooth daily operations and ensuring effective support for the Kevin Murphy Group across all regulatory functions. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating and filing documentation, logging incoming complaints and feedback, coordinating minor projects, proofreading artwork, and assisting with cosmetic product registrations as needed.

Success criteria: Being a dedicated team player helping where needed and supporting the rest of the team in day-to-day work as well as coordination and tracking of activities.

Top 5 Priorities for this role:

  1. Supporting customer service with needed information
  2. Logging and filing documentation and incoming complaints/feedback from customers
  3. Proofreading of artwork for products and creation of artwork files for registration purposes
  4. Where needed, share documentation, statements, samples with the rest of the KM organization and 3rd parties
  5. Being a team member in the Global Regulatory, Quality & Scientific Development Department ready to jump in and offer help when needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take part in keeping the project management tool (Asana) and the Quality Management System up to date
  • Organize and file incoming documentation on the drive
  • Coordinate and organize the shared mailboxes making sure that e-mails are replied to and attended to
  • Logging incoming complaints/feedback in the Quality Management System
  • Proofreading of artwork for products and creation of artwork files for registration purposes
  • Attend to requests for information from customer service
  • Help request and track documentation for accessories, finished products, raw materials, etc.

Education and Experience:

  • What would be the ideal skill set for success in this role:
  • Knowledge of chemistry (laboratory technician, chemist, etc.)
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams & projects
  • A structured and detail-oriented approach to managing tasks, documentation, and meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including databases (Access) and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central)
  • Curiosity and growth mindset
  • Proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
  • 1-3 Years experience in a similar role
