This executive position is critical to AstroPay's mission of providing secure, borderless financial solutions by positioning the company as a thought leader in the fintech industry and maintaining strong relationships with regulators worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Oversee Regulatory Strategy: Develop and implement a global regulatory strategy that ensures compliance with international financial regulations and aligns with business goals.
  • Lead Regulatory Team: Lead the global team of Regulatory Directors, ensuring consistent and effective regulatory compliance in each jurisdiction.
  • Maintain Relationships with Regulators: Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, policymakers, and industry associations globally.

Requirements:

  • Education: A law degree or relevant advanced degree (e.g., public policy, international law) is mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of senior leadership experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or public policy, preferably in fintech or financial services.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of international financial regulations, strategic vision, leadership, collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and relationship management.
