Senior Compliance Manager

Continia is looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Compliance Manager to join our Legal & Compliance team and lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our information security and compliance programs. If you have a proven track record of success in establishing and managing compliance frameworks within an international software company, and a good understanding of ISO27001, CIS8, and KYC/KYB, we'd love to hear from you

About your role

As a Senior Compliance Manager in our Legal & Compliance team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring we meet all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to information security, data privacy, and customer due diligence. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing a robust compliance program that aligns with industry best practices and supports our business objectives. Continia provides software for accounts payable automation, expense management solutions, and bank integration to more than 20,000 customers worldwide. You will be instrumental in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our software and customer data, as well as compliance with relevant standards and regulations, driving programs such as ISO 27001, CIS8, and KYC/KYB.

What you will be doing:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive information security and compliance program, including KYC/KYB procedures.
2. Drive programs such as ISO 27001, CIS8, and, potentially, PCI DSS.
3. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate compliance risks, including those related to KYC/KYB.
4. Develop and deliver security awareness training to employees, including training on KYC/KYB compliance.
5. Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulations, and update the compliance program accordingly.
6. Collaborate with team members and other internal stakeholders to ensure compliance across all departments.
7. Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

About you

We're looking for a proactive, results-oriented person with a strong work ethic and a passion for compliance. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We imagine you have the following qualifications and characteristics:

1. A degree in Law, Business Administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an international software company.
3. Solid knowledge of ISO 27001/2, CIS8 and KYC/KYB processes.
4. Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Knowledge of PCI DSS is an advantage, but not a requirement.
7. CISM, CISSP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
