NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EU funded project called: Strengthening Egyptian nuclear safety and radioprotection regulatory infrastructure and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.

The overall objective of this action is to strengthen the nuclear safety and radioprotection regulatory infrastructure of the Egyptian Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Authority (ENRRA).

Key expert: Nuclear Regulatory Oversight expert

Qualifications and skills:

  • University degree (at least Master level or equivalent diploma) in natural science, engineering or other relevant discipline;
  • Very good command of spoken and written English (minimum CEFR Level B2).
  • At least 7 years of experience working in a regulatory body (or TSO) for radiation or nuclear safety.
  • At least 5 years of experience with training and qualification of NPP operating staff;
  • Experience in regulatory oversight of transport and trade would be an asset.
