We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a key expert in Team Leadership - Nuclear Safety. As part of our efforts to strengthen the nuclear safety and radioprotection regulatory infrastructure of the Egyptian Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Authority (ENRRA), you will play a critical role in supporting our core team during the project's implementation.

The project's overall objective is to enhance the capacity of ENRRA to regulate and enforce nuclear safety and radioprotection practices in Egypt. To achieve this goal, we need a seasoned professional with a strong background in science, engineering or relevant discipline.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing multinational teams and a deep understanding of EU regulations and standards related to nuclear safety and radioprotection. At least 10 years of experience in the field of nuclear safety is required, including at least 7 years of project management experience and 5 years of management experience in the area of nuclear energy or nuclear safety.

Responsibilities:

Lead the team responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve nuclear safety and radioprotection practices in Egypt

Ensure compliance with EU regulations and standards related to nuclear safety and radioprotection

Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve project objectives
