Vi identificerer produkttrends, bygger koncepter og eksekverer med komplette marketingstrategier – alt fra digital aktivering til events og influencersamarbejder.

Om stillingen

Vi søger en Social Media & Events Team Lead i vores Innovation & Brand team . I denne rolle arbejder du tæt sammen med vores Head of Brand and Innovation for at udvikle og eksekvere brandstrategier, der sikrer en stærk og engagerende digital tilstedeværelse.

Du vil lede strategien og eksekvering for sociale medier , tage ansvar for planlægning, koordinering og eksekvering af events, herunder influencer-aktiveringer, branchetrends-møder og deltagelse i vores kunders butiksåbninger og community management.

Content Strategi og eksekvering af sociale medier

  • Udvikle og implementere content strategier, der styrker brandets synlighed og engagement.
  • Erfaring med implementering af social media strategi på tværs af platforme såsom Meta og TikTok, herunder data/rapportering på SoMe-annoncering, målgrupper, målsætninger og ad placements.
  • Erfaring med Meta business manager, herunder viden om annoncering, overvågning af ad spend og løbende effektivisering af indsatserne.
  • Sikre, at brandets tone of voice tilpasses effektivt til TikTok, Instagram og LinkedIn .
  • Overvåge og analysere performance på sociale medier i samarbejde med bureau og tilpasse strategien herefter.

Content udvikling & Community Management

  • Arbejder tæt med vores Content & Influencer Lead om content strategi og udvikling af editorial kalendar og planlægning for at skabe tæt sammenhæng med brandets fokus.
  • Samarbejde med Innovations- og Product Sourcing-teamet for at omsætte produktindsigter til engagerende content. Sikre en stærk tone of voice på tværs af alle vores marketingmaterialer.
  • Planlægning af fotoshoots på tværs af produkt og lifestyle-indhold for alle brands.
  • Engagement og interaktion med vores community – skabe og vedligeholde en aktiv og engageret online fællesskab ved at interagere med brugere.

Eventplanlægning & eksekvering

  • Lede influencer-events i samarbejde med vores bureaupartnere.
  • Planlægge og eksekvere trendbaserede brancheevents med nøglepartnere.
  • Organisere deltagelse til vores kunders butiksåbninger og brandaktiveringer i partnerskab med resten af teamet.
  • Hjælpe med at lede en forandring i teamet med Head of Innovation and Brand, i Social media content strategy og execution, events og community.

Hvem er du?

Social Media-ekspert – Stærk viden om social media marketing, optimering (SMO) og indholdsudvikling.

Content strategi – Evne til at skabe engagerende indhold skræddersyet til forskellige platforme.

Community Management – Erfaring med at opbygge og engagere online fællesskaber.

Eventplanlægning & eksekvering – Dokumenteret erfaring med at organisere og afvikle events.

Samarbejdsevner & kommunikation – En holdspiller med stærke kommunikationsevner.

Uddannelse – Bachelorgrad i Marketing, Kommunikation eller et beslægtet område .
