- Category Management : Develop a holistic understanding of the WEAR category, maintaining an overview of its structure, product mix, and performance while identifying opportunities to innovate and strengthen the offering.
- Collection Cohesion : Maintain a cohesive aesthetic across the collection, ensuring balance and structure within the category while meeting commercial objectives.
- Technical Excellence : Prepare flat sketches, detailed tech packs, and sample comments to guide suppliers and ensure the highest quality output. Collaborate closely with the buying team to source fabrications and trims.
- Process Management : Utilize PLM to oversee collection development and ensure adherence to critical deadlines in the design calendar.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including buying, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment on goals and expectations throughout the product lifecycle.

- Structured and Analytical : Skilled at managing processes and leveraging data to make informed decisions that enhance collection performance.
- Creative and Business-Minded : A blend of creativity and commercial awareness, with a focus on balancing innovative designs with market needs.
- Detail-Oriented and Solution-Focused : Dedicated to quality, precision, and finding solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Insightful and Trend-Savvy : In tune with current trends and capable of applying them strategically to align with LIEWOOD’s DNA.
- Independent yet Collaborative : Self-motivated with the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion or kids’ product design, across categories like outerwear, apparel, swimwear and preferably knowledge within footwear and accessories.
- Deep technical knowledge of fabrics, constructions, and patternmaking.
