Du bliver en integreret del af vores økonomiafdeling, der består af mere end 20 medarbejdere, som værdsætter faglig sparring og et godt socialt samvær. Din primære rolle vil blive at udvikle, lede og sætte retningen for lønteamet, som -udover dig selv - består af tre medarbejdere.

Lønteamet varetager alle lønrelaterede opgaver for både vores medarbejdere i DK, SE og NO samt for alle vores franchisetagere og deres ansatte i både DK og NO. Det er derfor vigtigt, at du har erfaring med en stor og varieret berøringsflade indenfor lønkørsel.

De primære arbejdsopgaver i teamet, som du skal lede, er:

  • Lønadministration for +600 medarbejdere (funktionærer og timelønnede medarbejdere – udelukkende månedsløn)
  • Oprettelse og vedligeholdelse af medarbejder stamdata i Danløn og Visma HR
  • Indtastning af løndata, bonusberegninger, kontrol og bogføring og afstemning af månedlige lønkørsler
  • Face-to-face-, telefon- og mailsupport til organisationen/franchisetagere
  • Diverse løn- og HR-relaterede indberetninger
  • Løbende håndtering af pensionsordninger (oprettelser, ændringer, fratrædelser og lignende)
  • Diverse opgaver i forbindelse med on- og offboarding af medarbejdere, rejseafregninger, udlæg mv.

Du er engageret, tilegner dig hurtigt ny viden, har et godt overblik og motiveres af at optimere og effektivisere. Du har stor erfaring med at skabe strukturerede lønprocesser og du forstår vigtigheden af et højt serviceniveau og gode relationer. Du er en god kommunikator, er ikke bleg for at tage ansvar og måske har du erfaring med at lede et team. Du interesserer dig for dine kolleger og trives med en bred kontaktflade både nationalt og internationalt (Sverige/Norge).

Du er komfortabel med at arbejde i Excel - og har måske allerede kendskab til Danløn og/eller Visma Løn.
