For our Operational Excellence department in Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, we are looking for an analytical and innovative Lean Specialist.
How To Contribute To Our Vision
As a LEAN Specialist you will focus on production trimming, value-creating processes and improvement of existing routines and procedures. More specifically, your assignments will cover Shop Floor Management structure, production stabilization projects and Kaizen events to optimize our operation.
We are looking for a Lean specialist, who can drive and support all Lean activities in the area of responsibility, as well as deploy Lean standards and respective documentation.
The Lean Specialist will also organize workshops with Blue Collars and white collars to optimize and create more Lean processes, whereas the candidate will prepare, distribute and train subject and method knowledge, and share about best practices.
In addition, the Lean Specialist will propose new Lean projects, and evaluate costs/benefits and oversees its´ roll out.
What You Need To Make a Difference
Besides a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change, we are also looking for:
A structured team player with high communication skills, who thrives by securing that goals are met according to the schedule and strategy. You have a “hands-on and do-it-now” personality and like to work with production crews as well as support functions.
You hold a degree in Engineering or equivalent. In order to be eligible for this position, you hold a proven track record on successful Lean implementation including change management experience and project management experience. Additionally, your skill set includes facilitation of process mapping and process improvement design. Experience with engineering, manufacturing and supply chain processes will be seen as a prerequisite.
You possess the ability to work independently as well as in teams and you are good at collaborating with stakeholders at different areas of the organization.
A high level of English and Danish is required both written and oral due to the nature of the position, where daily interactions with internal stakeholders is a part of the position.
