Din rolle
Som vores nye Facility Manager bliver du en del af vores supportteam, hvor vi sikrer at alle processer rundt om salg, produktion og andre nøglefunktioner fungerer optimal. Organisatorisk får du reference til Advansors CFO, men dine arbejdsopgaver skal løses i samarbejde med andre interne funktioner og en lang række virksomheder, som vi har outsourcet funktioner til. Optimering af arbejdsgange er også en vigtig del af dit ansvarsområde.

Dine arbejdsopgaver inkluderer blandt andet:

  • Samarbejde med eksterne leverandører herunder blandt andet kontraktindgåelse, opfølgning og kvalitetssikring
  • Opfølgning på igangværende reparationer og vedligehold
  • Vedligeholdelse af driftshåndbøger, beredskabsplan m.v.
  • Service på dele af ventilationssystemet, alarm, adgangskort,
  • Kvalitetssikring af vores bygninger og inventar
  • Kontorindretning
  • Affaldshåndtering og overholdelse af gældende krav herunder blandt andet brandkrav
  • Diverse håndværksmæssige opgaver, herunder små bygningsmæssige reparationer og udskiftning af inventar
  • En række øvrige administrative opgaver.

Hvem er du?
Din uddannelsesmæssige baggrund er ikke afgørende, men vi forestiller os, at du har en håndværksmæssig uddannelse eller praktisk erfaring med Facility området, hvor du har arbejdet indenfor ejendomsadministration, fx som vicevært eller håndværker, og opbygget erfaring med at strukturere og overskue både koordinerende, administrative og praktiske opgaver.

Du brænder for at skabe løsninger, der tilgodeser organisationen og brugernes behov. Du forstår samtidig at opbygge relationer, der sikrer et konstruktivt samarbejde på tværs i organisationen og med eksterne interessenter.

Vi leder efter en selvstændig person med en systematisk tilgang til arbejdet, der god til at holde orden og arbejde indenfor deadlines. Vi ser gerne, at du har erfaring indenfor Facility området, da du vil skulle være med til at opbygge og udvikle funktionen.

Derudover må du også meget gerne have erfaring med IT, da du skal arbejde i flere af vores IT-systemer, inklusiv Navision og Officepakken (Excel).

Da vores koncernsprog er engelsk, er det nødvendigt, at du kan kommunikere på engelsk.

Som markedsledende producent har vi siden 2006 designet og produceret mere end 16,000 bæredygtige CO2 køleanlæg og varmepumper til kommercielle og industrielle kunder i hele verden.
