Sprint365 Copenhagen, Capital Region of Denmark, Denmark
Partner Engagement ManagerJoin our collaborative, non-hierarchical Product & Methodology team and become the ambassador for our methodology that we are promoting to our implementation partners within TOP tier consulting groups.
Are you ready to lead the charge in building meaningful, high-impact partnerships? Passionate about transforming the ERP industry while driving innovation and collaboration? At Sprint365, we're seeking a bold and strategic leader to oversee our growing ecosystem of partnerships as our Partner Engagement Manager.
Who is Sprint365?
We are a bunch of innovative and bold minds working to revolutionize the dusty ERP industry. Sprint365 was founded in 2020 in rebellion against the time-consuming projects that characterize the ERP industry. We deliver the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, but we do it in a smarter way. Our solution is pre-configured, user-friendly and ready to go. Using our methodology, we sprint through the implementation of Dynamics 365 at our customers, creating faster business value for all parties, but with less billable hours.
Your role
Sprint365 recently launched a partner strategy, invited other ERP implementation partners in on our methodology, and is now experiencing growth within this area. To succeed with this, we believe we need to keep developing our methodology and constantly deliver new innovative products that can differentiate what we deliver from the rest of the ERP industry.
As Partner Engagement Manager , you will own the success of Sprint365's partner relationships, from onboarding to long-term satisfaction. Your leadership will be pivotal in scaling our partner network and ensuring each partnership thrives. Reporting directly to the executive team, you'll align our partner strategy with broader company goals and create win-win collaborations.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Stakeholder Management: Build, nurture, and expand relationships with key partners, acting as their primary advocate within Sprint365.
- Partnership Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to grow and improve our partner ecosystem in alignment with Sprint365's vision and goals.
- Partner Onboarding: Streamline onboarding processes to ensure partners are equipped and ready to succeed.
- Partner Satisfaction: Monitor, analyze, and enhance partner satisfaction metrics, addressing issues proactively and ensuring long-term engagement.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine methodologies, introduce innovative tools, and strengthen partner capabilities.
You won't be handling everything alone—you'll join a dedicated team of business developers, product specialists, product assistants and IT developers who collaborate seamlessly in a SCRUM framework. This means you'll have the chance to take on responsibilities and tailor the role to your strengths. Our onboarding program will help you settle in and grow into the role. What matters most is your curiosity and willingness to learn.
Who You (might) Be
- Experience: 3+ years in customer or partner management, stakeholder engagement, or strategic leadership roles, ideally within the tech or ERP sector.
- Visionary Leader: Proven ability to develop and execute customer or partner strategies that drive growth and satisfaction.
- Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for fostering trust and collaboration.
- Results-Driven: Skilled in using data and KPIs to measure success and guide decision-making.
- Innovative Thinker: A curiosity for technology and process improvements, with a willingness to challenge industry norms.
- Collaborative Spirit: Comfortable working in SCRUM teams and navigating dynamic, international environments.
The team
Our team, which we call Sprinters, comes from many different corners of the world. Even though we are a small team of 30, we are represented in Denmark, Norway, Spain, China, and India. Our diverse backgrounds and love for "quirky" profiles set us apart, but we all share big ambitions and a drive to win together. And while we work hard, we make sure to have fun—don't expect to leave an internal meeting without a good laugh
Benefits
- Super flexible working hours.
- A cool office on Vesterbrogade (with the option to work from home).
- A meal plan in a great canteen.
- Coffee, tea, fruit, and soft drinks ad libitum.
- In-house perks like massages, fun team activities, and a supportive, quirky team culture.
- Opportunities for professional development in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
- The chance to make a real impact in an industry ripe for transformation.
- The most talented and fun colleagues in the industry
Are you up for it?
If this sounds like your next adventure, we'd love to hear from you Apply easily in 2 minutes right here or reach out to Katharina, our People & Culture Manager, at if you have any questions.
