Join us as our next Partner Channel Manager
In this role, you'll lead the way in building and managing strategic relationships with both current and potential partners in the Cyber Security industry. Your efforts will directly support our growth by fostering strong collaborations, increasing market share, and ensuring mutual success. We're seeking someone who combines strategic thinking, top-notch communication skills, sales experience, and a passion for partnerships — But also where you think teamwork gets the job done
Your RoleAs Partner Channel Manager, your primary mission is to strengthen and expand partnerships that drive revenue and position us as a leader in the Cyber Security sectors across the Danish and Nordic markets. You will implement our partner strategy from the get-go and be a part of building our whole partner strategy from the bottom up.
Here's what you'll do:
- Design and implement strategic plans to grow partnerships in key regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to align goals and drive success.
- Scout for new partnership opportunities and areas for market expansion.
- Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the channel ecosystem.
- Work closely with other Moxso departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations, as well as our CEO.
- Increase revenue across partners to support future growth.
- Highlight trends in the different markets together with Marketing.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in Moxso products, processes, and incorporate them into outbound lead generation strategies.
- Maintain data, metrics, and insights in HubSpot to support forecasting and pipeline reviews.
- 5-7+ years of experience in channel or partnership management, ideally in tech.
- A proven track record of developing and executing partnership strategies that deliver results.
- Deep understanding of the Nordic markets and cultural dynamics and how to execute on those.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills—fluency in Danish or another Nordic language is a big plus, but not a requirement.
- Analytical mindset and a knack for strategic thinking.
- Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Skilled in crafting and delivering impactful presentations.
- Outgoing personality.
- You are not afraid of picking up the phone and reaching out to potential partners.
