Med reference til vores Project Management Director, vil du komme til at indgå i et team af kompetente projektledere, der sammen driver både større og mindre udviklingsprojekter. Vores kunder henvender sig typisk med forespørgsler vedrørende udvikling af medicinsk udstyr, og vi samarbejder om at udvikle forme og plastdele og tilbyder vores service gennem hele processen, lige fra udvikling til opskalering og sprøjtestøbning.

Primære arbejdsopgaver

  • Opstarte og drive både mindre og større udviklingsprojekter
  • Sikre overholdelse af scope, samt tids- og budgetplaner
  • Udvikle og opdatere projektplaner for at imødekomme kundebehov
  • Facilitere møder og det tværfunktionelt samarbejde mv.
  • Vedligeholde kvalitetsprotokoller og dokumentationsaktiviteter
  • Identificere potentielle risici og udvikle strategier for risikohåndtering

Kvalifikationer

Vi forestiller os, at du kommer fra en tilsvarende rolle i en relaterbar industri. Du har formentligt en en baggrund som værktøjs- eller plastmager eller måske en baggrund indenfor mechanical enginnering, hvor du har opbygget viden eller erfaring indenfor sprøjtestøbning og/eller plast. Vigtigst for os er det dog, at du er teknisk tung og en rockstar projektleder, der hviler i rollen.

Som person kommunikerer du ubesværet på alle niveauer og kan lide det tværfaglige samarbejde med både kolleger og kunder. Du taler dansk og engelsk flydende i både skrift og tale. Derudover er du en naturlig problemknuser, der formår at balancere struktur med kreativ tænkning.
