Key Account Manager – Medical Imaging Spare Parts and Systems

Novo Imaging is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients, with a primary focus on promoting and selling medical imaging spare parts and systems. The Key Account Manager will be tasked with formulating effective sales strategies, fostering revenue growth, and prioritizing client satisfaction by delivering top-notch medical imaging solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients in the medical imaging sector.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Conduct regular meetings and site visits to ensure ongoing satisfaction and explore new business opportunities.
  2. Sales & Business Development:
    • Drive the sales of medical imaging spare parts and systems to existing and new key accounts.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, and operations) to ensure client needs are met promptly.
    • Identify opportunities for growth within assigned accounts and work to expand the product offering and customer base.
  3. Market Analysis & Strategic Planning:
    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer requirements in the medical imaging space.
    • Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
    • Provide forecasts and reports on account performance and future growth opportunities.
  4. Contract Negotiation:
    • Lead the negotiation of contracts, including pricing, terms, and conditions, to secure new business and renew existing accounts.
    • Ensure agreements align with company goals and maintain profitability while providing value to the customer.
    • Work closely with the sales, operations, and technical teams to deliver high-quality products and services to clients.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to manage product availability, technical support, and delivery schedules.
    • Ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through after-sales support.
  5. Reporting & KPI Monitoring:
    • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales activities, client retention, and revenue growth.
    • Provide regular updates to senior management on account performance and sales pipeline.
    • Develop reports on customer feedback and market intelligence for continuous improvement.
