Om jobbet:
Som LEAN specialist i Nomeco, bliver din primære rolle i første omgang at implementere LEAN i operations- og logistics, og efterfølgende udbrede det til hele virksomheden. Det indebærer, at du vil:

  1. Være ambassadør for LEAN-agendaen og understøtte den fortsatte styrkelse af LEAN-kulturen på alle niveauer.
  2. Du vil være med til at skabe og vedligeholde LEAN strategien for at opnå konkrete og målbare forretningsresultater og sikre forankring
  3. Være en betroet rådgiver for LEAN Manageren med hensyn til LEAN-implementeringen
  4. Coache og sparre med ledere og medarbejdere for at fremme en proaktiv forbedringskultur
  5. Understøtte og drive LEAN-events og forbedringsworkshops, herunder implementering af LEAN-initiativer som f.eks. Leader Standard Work, Gemba og Process confirmation, Visual Management, Kaizen og struktureret problemløsning
  6. Uddanne medarbejdere i LEAN-værktøjer og andre relevante systemer

Kvalifikationer:
Vi forventer at du har en akademisk uddannelse inden for et relevant område som f.eks. ingeniørfaget, produktion eller logistik, suppleret med relevant LEAN-erfaring fra en tilsvarende stilling. Du besidder et stærkt fundament og praktisk erfaring med LEAN systemer- og værktøjer, og har erfaring med at coache ledere og udvikle LEAN-ledelsesadfærd- og kultur. Du evner at analysere data og identificere tendenser for at understøtte effektive beslutningsprocesser. Med dig i bagagen har du erfaring med arbejde inden for logistik eller produktionsbranchen; erfaring fra reguleret industrier er fordel, men ikke et krav. Du behersker både skriftlig og mundtlig engelsk på højt niveau, da vi opererer i et internationalt team.
