Vi søger en Senior Product Manager til vores nyetablerede team, Pension Products & Offerings, som er en del af Product Management & Business Development i Danica.

Pension Products & Offerings har ansvaret for, at Danicas opsparingsprodukter fungerer godt for både Danicas kunder og Danicas organisation. Vi er involverede i hele værdikæden for pensionsprodukterne, lige fra at sikre klar information og rådgivning til kunderne, produkternes investerings- og ESG-mæssige egenskaber, en effektiv systemmæssig håndtering, samt til at vi overholder Danicas Product Governance processer og den gældende lovgivning på Pensionsområdet.

Dine kerneopgaver vil være at bidrage til:

  • Evaluering og udvikling af Danicas pensionsprodukter i overensstemmelse med Danicas strategi på opsparingsområdet herunder i forhold til Danicas fokus på øget bæredygtighed af investeringerne.
  • At sikre og dokumentere overholdelse af Danicas Product Governance processer herunder overvågning af, at produkterne fungerer efter hensigten for alle Danica Pensions kunder.
  • Konkurrentanalyser og vurdering af fremtidige kundebehov i samarbejde med Danicas kundevendte funktioner.
  • Vedligeholdelse og forbedring af IT- og handelsprocesser for Danicas opsparingsprodukter i samarbejde med Danica og Danske Banks systemansvarlige funktioner.
  • At teamet bliver opfattet som en kompetent og effektiv samarbejdspartner i hele organisationen.

Din baggrund og erfaring
Vi forestiller os at du kommer med følgende kvalifikationer:

  • Du har minimum 4-5 års erfaring fra en lignende funktion eller eventuelt et andet relevant job i den finansielle sektor, Finanstilsynet, konsulenthus eller lignende, hvor du har erfaring med at arbejde på tværs af hele værdikæden.
  • Du har en videregående uddannelse inden for Investering, økonomi, forsikringsvidenskab, Jura eller lignende områder.
  • Du har stærke analytiske kompetencer og kan skabe overblik over komplekse problemstillinger.
  • Du er nysgerrig og ambitiøs i forhold til at tilegne dig ny viden og skabe sammenhæng mellem de forskellige fagdiscipliner, som stillingen involverer.
  • Du har en solid værktøjskasse inden for databehandling og er god til at skabe overblik over store mængder data.
  • Du er en god kommunikator både på skrift og i tale til alle lag af organisationen. Koncernsproget i Danica Pension er dansk, men samarbejdet med Danske Bank foregår typisk på engelsk, så du skal kunne begå dig på begge sprog.
