Are you a Senior Business Analyst who thrives when working close to business stakeholders?

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who knows their way around an international (IT) company and can operate within a multicultural environment. You will be combining your hands-on experience, persistence, and passion for commission to drive business insights that provide global value for Milestone. As a person, you understand the ins and outs of processes and you'll seamlessly connect data-driven insights and assess the impact of any changes.

The Company and The Team
Sales Insights is a part of the Global Sales Operations department in Milestone, a centrally placed team with interfaces to the entire organization. You will join a dynamic, fun, international team of colleagues who enjoy everyday collaboration.

The Role

  • Drive, refine, optimize, and own the global commission setup. This includes modelling, operations, target setting, stakeholder management, presentations, and analysis.
  • Analyze existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and understand process intricacies.
  • Drive, refine, optimize, and anchor global strategic insights to improve sales performance.
  • Ensure global standardization and out-of-box solutions for our sales reports, insights, and processes (primarily Power BI and Salesforce).
  • Maintain and develop Power BI reports/dashboards.
  • Act as subject matter expert on sales insights-related tasks in strategic projects.

Your Qualifications

  • At least 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
  • You preferably hold a master's degree or equivalent.
  • You have years of hands-on experience working with commission modelling, target setting, and operationalization from a global perspective.
  • You are an expert in delivering complex quantitative and qualitative analysis in an easy-to-understand way with clear recommendations to senior leadership teams.
  • You have solid experience with sales insights from a go-to-market perspective and can operate from both a tactical and strategic point of view covering areas such as incentive models, pipeline management, pricing, and discounting.
  • You are experienced within stakeholder management and can easily maneuver across diverse cultures and different parts of an organization.
  • You are a superuser in Power BI (or similar), as well as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Xactly Incent is an advantage.
  • Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Experience with process mapping is an advantage.
  • You speak and write English at a professional or higher level. English is our company language, and it is not a requirement that you speak Danish.

Job Location
The job location is flexible, but we do prefer either Portland, Oregon, or Brøndby, Denmark.
