Mia Nielsen, Head of Digital Marketing: jeg leder efter en person som brænder for performance marketing og samtidig kan tænke kreativt når der skal udvikles display formater.
Digital Marketing teamet består af 8 specialister med høj faglighed, der vægter sparring, udvikling, trivsel og det sociale højt. Teamet arbejder med Paid Social, Paid Search, Contentudvikling, Performance, Insights, Ad Tech, SEO og andre Digital Marketing discipliner.
Vi udvikler digitale strategier og medieplaner i fællesskab og arbejder på tværs af vores brands: Telia, Telia Enterprise, Call me og Norlys. Alle Digital Marketing platforme er in-houset og du bidrager til at vi fortsat udvikler vores in-house set-up af Display, YouTube og Affiliate. Vi har skabt et stærkt digitalt fundament, men brænder hele tiden for udvikling og for at blive de bedste i branchen – både når det kommer til performance og udvikling af vores brands.
Vi elsker at optimere, udfordre os selv og teste. Vores hverdag er uformel med et godt tempo, hvor både drift og udvikling sker på samme tid.
Vi er en del af Brand, Marketing & E-commerce, en afdeling med 75 kollegaer, der arbejder med bl.a. E-commerce, Brand Management og kreativ produktion. Vi fungerer som et lille bureau med stort ejerskab og kort vej fra idé til handling.
Hvad skal du lave | drift, opsætning vedligeholdelse
- Drift, opsætning, vedligeholdelse af Display(DV360), YouTube og Affiliate
- Planlægning og eksekvering af Display-, Affiliate- og YouTube-kampagner
- Analyse og rapportering af performance, ROI og optimeringsmuligheder
- Samarbejde med interne og eksterne interessenter , herunder kreative teams og partnere
- Budgetstyring og forecasting
- Test af nye features og løbende udvikling af Display, YouTube og Affiliate
- Drive strategisk udvikling og fastsættelse af mål for Display, YouTube og Affiliate
Minimum krav:
- 1-3 års erfaring med display, YouTube og Affiliate – gerne fra bureau
- Erfaring med Google Ads, DV360, og Excel og evnen til at omsætte data til indsigter
- Du kan varetage hele planning-processen fra du er briefet af kollegerne i Go-To-Market til kampagneopsætning, optimering og afrapportering
- Du er kreativt tænkende og kan medudvikle idéer og indhold til platformenes præmisser
- Det er en fordel hvis du har kendskab til Affiliate og Paid Search – herunder shopping og RSA-kampagner, PriceRunner og andre sammenligningssites, samt monitorering og optimering af product feeds.
