Miinto is looking for a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our growing Business Finance & Strategy team. In this role, you will act as a key financial advisor across multiple departments, ensuring data-driven decision-making that enhances performance and efficiency. You will be responsible for critical financial planning, advanced analytics, and business insights to support Miinto's continued growth in a competitive e-commerce landscape. With a high mandate to prioritize key initiatives and define how financial analysis supports business goals, you will be instrumental in guiding mid-to-long-term strategic decisions. What You'll Do
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring financial targets align with business objectives.
  • Conduct financial planning and analysis, including pricing simulations, profitability benchmarking, and scenario modeling to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide advanced financial analysis to drive efficiency and maximize profitability across Miinto's operations.
  • Work cross-functionally with key business stakeholders to provide financial insights that influence commercial and operational strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Accounting and Business Intelligence to ensure accurate financial data and optimize reporting processes.
  • Define reporting requirements for BI, ensuring financial dashboards and data tools align with business needs.
  • Support process automation and improvements, leveraging BI tools (Power BI) and advanced Excel capabilities to enhance efficiency.
What We Are Looking For
  • A strong business acumen, with the ability to connect financial insights to commercial and operational priorities.
  • +5 years of experience in management consulting, or financial planning and analysis from a large-scale company.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MSc preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with BI tools.
  • Experience setting requirements for financial reporting and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • A structured and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
  • Experience with MS Business Central is an advantage.
