The position
As a Product Responsible Scientist in our team, you will be involved in many different disciplines documenting the quality of the product during life cycle management activities.

You will work closely with the Drug Product Managers in our department ensuring the quality of the product. To do this, you will be involved in many different disciplines, e.g. risk assessments, control strategies, and stability studies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting and maintaining parameters, specifications, and other frameworks to ensure product quality and stability.
  • Understanding how the process can affect the product and evaluating how product quality may be affected by process changes/deviations.
  • Understanding guidelines and other internal/external requirements to ensure compliance and product quality.
  • Monitoring stability data.
  • Ongoing optimizations regarding Drug Product.
  • Supporting colleagues working on activities for Drug Product e.g. regulatory writers and subject matter experts.

All of this is conducted in cooperation with stakeholders in other areas e.g. colleagues in stability team, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, production, and Regulatory Affairs.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

  • A Master's degree in science within Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or similar.
  • Extensive experience within the field of CMC or manufacture, e.g. process or product support.
  • Knowledge of stability programs and GMP regulations is an advantage.
  • Full professional proficiency and good communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of Danish is considered an advantage.

About the department
In Product Life Cycle Management II (LCM II), we are product owners of marketed Rare Disease Products and experts where product meets process and component. We own the specification of the drug product and the stability program. Our Drug Product Managers and Product Responsible Scientists continuously monitor the wellbeing of our product and react quickly to trends.
We have a high team spirit and share best practices, learnings, and support each other. We share a relaxed tone and strive for a great working environment, where we can develop our competencies.
