Hvordan kan du bidrage til vores vision?
På en del af vores fabrik i Aalborg vil du være en administrativ support til produktionen og produktionschefen i forbindelse med løn, ferie- og fraværs registrering, bestilling af arbejdstøj, og diverse administrative opgaver.
Du bliver en del af et administrativt team på 15 personer, hvoraf der i forvejen er 3 produktionsassistenter der hver supporterer deres område.
Du vil som ny produktionsassistent få tildelt dit eget område som du supporterer.
Helt konkret får du til opgave at:
- Supportere vores gruppeledere i tastning af løn, ferie /fravær og øvrige pørgsmål relaterende til vores Blue Collar Workers.
- Ugentlige løntjek, samt et månedligt løntjek inden endelig lønkørsel.
- Registrering af ferie, fravær- og kursusdage i SAP.
- Diverse Ad hoc-opgaver, som f.eks. mødebooking, bestilling af forplejning og andre opgaver for produktionschefen.
Hvordan kan du være med til at gøre en forskel?
Ved at have en passion for vedvarende energi og en fornemmelse for vigtigheden af at gå forrest i forandringen. Vi leder efter en som har tidligere erfaring med administrative opgaver, og som har erfaring med at kommunikere på forskellige niveauer. En som bidrager til vores team med holdånd, positivitet og problemløsende tilgang til udfordringer.
Desuden møder du følgende kriterier:
- Du har kendskab til SAP og Microsoft Office.
- Du har før arbejdet med løn- og fraværsregistrering.
- Du kan kommunikere med både gruppeledere, produktionsmedarbejdere og andre i organisationen.
- Du har generelt flair, når det kommer til at skulle lære nye IT systemer.
- Du både taler og skriver flydende dansk og kan kommunikere på engelsk.
