Hos dentsu Experience søger vi en visionær Senior Art Director med stærke færdigheder inden for konceptudvikling. Du vil spille en central rolle i vores kreative team og være ansvarlig for at udvikle innovative kampagner og konceptuelle løsninger, der ikke kun vækker opmærksomhed, men også skaber forretningsværdi for vores kunder.

  • Skabe magi fra idé til virkelighed: Udvikle alt fra brandplatforme og engagerende kampagneuniverser til brand activation, content marketing og influencer-kampagner, der fanger og fastholder målgruppens opmærksomhed.
  • Kombinere visuel design med konceptudvikling: Du vil have ansvaret for både at udvikle de visuelle elementer og den kreative retning, der understøtter de overordnede strategiske mål.
  • Lede og inspirere: Være den faglige og kreative mentor for et team af talentfulde designere, hvor du fremmer et miljø for kreativ udfoldelse og faglig udvikling.
  • Være en betroet rådgiver: Indtage rollen som ‘trusted advisor’ for vores kunder, og sikre, at vi leverer løsninger, der gør en reel forskel for deres forretning.
  • Producere og levere: Skabe unikke og visuelt betagende kreativer, der lever op til bureauets høje standarder.
  • Engagere i workshops: Deltage aktivt i workshops og kreative møder, hvor idéer flyder og innovation trives.
  • Præsentere med passion: Deltage i og præsentere ved kundepitches med din overbevisende kommunikation og dit visuelle flair.
  • Samarbejde tæt med strategiske planners: Arbejde hånd i hånd med vores strategiske plannere for at sikre, at de kreative koncepter er forankret i solid forretningsstrategi.

Lidt om dig:

  • Du mestrer designværktøjer som Photoshop, Illustrator og Figma/Adobe XD, og du har en interesse for at lære After Effects.
  • Du er åben for at integrere AI-teknologier i dine kreative processer og bidrage til at udvikle dem på tværs af bureauet.
  • Du evner at omsætte forretningsmål til effektive designløsninger, der forbedrer brugeroplevelsen og styrker kundens forretning.
  • Du engagerer dig i kundedialoger for at forstå deres unikke behov og levere målrettede kampagneløsninger.
