Vil du være en del af Project Management teamet i Unit IT, hvor vi dagligt bidrager med projektleverancer af Danmarks mest effektive løsninger indenfor IT med bl.a. Infrastruktur, Cloud løsninger, Sikkerhed, Dataplatform og Business Intelligence?

Projektleder med kontakt på tværs af forretningen

Vi søger en erfaren profil til jobbet som IT Project Manager, som kan sit håndværk, har en solid kommerciel forståelse og som har erfaring med projektledelse af IT-løsninger. Du vil spille en nøglerolle i at administrere projektets livscyklus, sikre rettidig udførelse og opretholde standarder af høj kvalitet.

Du vil komme til at indgå i et engageret team og have kontakt på tværs af de forskellige units i koncernen, med en stor berøringsflade til kunder, kolleger og øvrige interessenter.

Nøgleopgaver og ansvarsområder

Som projektleder har du ansvar for at håndtere forskellige områder og opgaver for at sikre en vellykket projektgennemførelse. Dette inkluderer projektplanlægning og -initiering, hvor du samarbejder tæt med interessenter for at definere projektets omfang, mål og leverancer. Du udvikler omfattende projektplaner og udfører risikoanalyser for at minimere udfordringer.

Du leder et tværfunktionelt projektteam og skaber et samarbejdsmiljø, der fremmer åben kommunikation og problemløsning. Du sikrer fremdrift i projektet, overholder tidslinjer, budgetter og kvalitetsstandarder samt identificerer og håndterer projektudfordringer, risici og konflikter.

Du håndterer interessenter ved at samarbejde tæt med dem, indsamle krav, levere regelmæssige opdateringer og håndtere feedback og ændringsanmodninger. Du udvikler og implementerer kvalitetssikringsprocesser, identificerer risici og foretager grundige projektgennemgange for at forbedre projektleverancerne.

Dokumentation og rapportering spiller også en vigtig rolle, hvor du vedligeholder projektdokumentation, præsenterer rapporter for styregrupper og sikrer overholdelse af sikkerhedsstandarder og politikker.

Helt konkret vil dine opgaver være:

  • Projektplanlægning og -initiering i samarbejde med interessenter.
  • Ledelse af tværfunktionelt projektteam og fremme af samarbejdsmiljø.
  • Effektiv gennemførelse af projektet og håndtering af udfordringer og risici.
  • Håndtering af interessenter og håndtering af feedback og ændringsanmodninger.
  • Kvalitetssikring, risikoidentifikation og projektforbedringer.
  • Dokumentation, rapportering og overholdelse af standarder og politikker.

Derudover har du følgende faglige kvalifikationer:

  • Du har en solid kommerciel og IT-mæssig forståelse og er vant til at kombinere disse i en tæt dialog med vores tekniske specialister og kunder.
  • Grundlæggende forståelse for IT samt godt kendskab til ITIL-discipliner, suppleret med øvrige relevante certificeringer.
  • En engageret kollega der samarbejder godt, med øje for god og nærværende kundeservice.
  • Konsistens og ansvarlighed, også når du møder udfordringer.
