The Role

Raw Power Games is seeking a Communications Manager to drive transparent and impactful communication across all teams while supporting selected external activities. This role will primarily focus on internal communications and be instrumental in fostering an open, connected company culture by ensuring employees are informed, engaged and aligned with our goals.

In addition to internal communications, you will dedicate part of your time (approximately 20%) to external communication activities. These may include collaborating with HR and marketing teams on initiatives such as employer branding, assisting with external announcements, blog posts or contributing to communication strategies that enhance the company's reputation within the industry.

Desirable Skills And Knowledge

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into simple, engaging messaging.
  • Experience with virtual meeting platforms (e.g. Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and organizing large-scale virtual events.
  • A collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with teams in different locations.
  • Understanding of employee engagement strategies and practices, with a passion for fostering an inclusive company culture.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an internal communications strategy to ensure consistent and timely updates on company initiatives, goals, and news.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment and clarity of messaging.
  • Facilitate and organize company-wide town halls, both virtual and physical, to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Support leadership with communication plans for major announcements, organizational changes and projects.
  • Manage internal communication channels such as email newsletters, intranet and collaborative platforms (e.g., Slack, Confluence).
  • Promote an open, transparent culture where employees feel comfortable sharing feedback and ideas.
  • Ensure communications are adapted for a diverse, remote-first workforce spread across multiple European countries.
  • Create engaging content (videos, presentations, infographics) that conveys key messages clearly and concisely.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of internal communication efforts and adjust strategies based on feedback.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal communications-related questions and needs from across the company.
