Erfaring og Uddannelse
  • Bachelorgrad i et relevant fagområde eller tilsvarende relevant professionel erfaring.
  • Omfattende erfaring med outsourcing inden for regnskab, IT, HR/løn eller andre shared service-operationer samt bred ekspertise inden for HR.
  • Solid ledererfaring med ansvar for flere teams og en stærk passion for at udvikle mennesker og forretning.
  • Forretnings- og serviceorienteret med analytiske evner og fokus på kundens behov.
  • Indgående forståelse af kundens forventninger i servicebranchen.
  • Evne til at prioritere, planlægge og opretholde en struktureret tilgang for at sikre rettidige og succesfulde resultater.
