På vegne af en af vores kunder, leder Academic Work lige nu efter virksomhedens næste Head of Operations (driftchef).

Du vil blive en del af et ambitiøst og energisk team, hvor du vil få rig mulighed for at præge din egen hverdag og videreudvikle både faglige og personlige kompetencer. Virksomheden er midt i en international markedsudvidelse af deres digitale softwareplatform, hvorfor dette er en glimrende mulighed for at arbejde med banebrydende teknologi i en virksomhed med fart på.

Du vil i rollen som Head of Operations være ansvarlig for at procesoptimere og strømline den globale drift, hvor du vil lede virksomhedens driftsteam i nye internationale projekter. Du vil være ansvarlig for processerne fra A-Z, alt fra projektimplementeringen og procesoptimering og til det løbende kundeforhold/-oplevelse. Samtidig vil du have ansvaret for at vedligeholde og udbrede driften til nye sites og markeder.

Du kommer til at lede et team af tekniske account managers og kundesupportspecialister bosiddende i Skandinavien. Samtidig er det vigtigt, at du kan trives i en rolle, hvor du også selv er ansvarlig for adskillige kunder i Norden og UK. Du trives med andre ord også med hands-on opgaver, samtidig med at du driver teamet på et højere strategisk niveau.

Afslutningsvis vil du blive en del af Executive Management Teamet, hvor du vil spille en essentiel rolle i at styrke virksomhedens ledelsesteam, og sikre kvalitet, effektivitet og samarbejde i driftsteamet og på Group-level.

Arbejdsopgaver

  • Forberede, eksekvere og følge op på nye internationale projekter, samt P&L ansvar for alle projekter
  • Daglig ledelse af teams indenfor Teknisk/Field service, kundesupport samt sikre strategisk tilpasning
  • Ansvarlig for procesoptimering, der hjælper med at skalere og strømline driften
  • Administrere og motivere teams i et internationalt miljø og sørge for, at målene bliver nået
  • Agere som Account Manager med ansvar for adskillige kunder i Norden og UK
  • Håndtere strategisk kommunikation med kunder, samt overvåge supportindsatsen
  • Definere den strategiske retning på Group-level med resten af ledelsesteamet

Vi søger dig som

  • Har minimum 3 års erfaring indenfor lignende stillinger, f.eks. Operation Manager, Projektleder, Customer Success Manager eller andet indenfor ledelse
  • Har erfaring fra tech-branchen med komplekse løsninger
  • Flair for software og naturlig interesse for teknik
  • Har energi og drive, og excellerer i kommunikation med forskellige stakeholders.
  • Har både en teknisk og kommerciel tankegang
  • Er resultatorienteret og effektiv, samt trives med at arbejde på en dynamisk arbejdsplads hvor ingen dage er ens.
  • Har stærke kommunikative evner på både dansk og engelsk, både skriftligt og mundtligt.

Det er en fordel, hvis du har

  • Ledelses- eller projektledererfaring.
  • Erfaring fra parkerings- eller mobilitetssektoren. Viden kan opnås gennem uddannelse, erfaring eller være selvlært.
