Det bliver dit job
Du bliver en del af et ambitiøst og velfungerende marketingteam med en god blanding af specialister og generalister og du vil være lucky no. 13 medarbejder, der fuldender teamet. Teamet består af forskellige ben, der håndterer alt lige fra aktivering af vores sponsorater, markedsføringen ude i filialerne, branding- og produktkampagner, optimering af de digitale kanaler, CRM-aktiviteter, webudvikling etc.
Du bliver ikke en one-man army, for du skal samarbejde med specialisterne i vores marketingafdeling om at udnytte de tilgængelige marketingkanaler optimalt, men det er dig, der ved mest om vores erhvervsforretning og vores strategi samt målgrupper og dit ansvarsområde ligger kun inden for B2B. Paid, owned og earned er ikke fremmed for dig og du har erfaring med at få alle facetterne til at spille sammen.
Sådan vil din hverdag se ud hos os
Du skal som rutineret marketingekspert kunne omsætte bankens forretningsmål til en meget bred vifte af marketingindsatser der skal sikre, at Arbejdernes Landsbank vækster vores erhvervsforretning og at vi indtager en stærk position i banksektoren som en kompetent og ordentlig erhvervsbank med afsæt i den nye erhvervsstrategi.
Hos os skal du kunne håndtere og navigere i at have ansvaret for at gennemføre flere opgaver på én gang, en kollega i røret og en afdeling, der kigger forbi med en opgave, der haster. Det stiller naturligvis krav til dig om at kunne prioritere, men gør samtidig hver dag til en spændende og udviklende dag.
Dine primære arbejdsområder vil være:
- Udvikle og eksekvere på ABM strategien, samt sikre samspillet med CRM-platformen
- Sikre at vi i Marketing har fokus på de rette segmenter
- Sammen med dine kollegaer i Marketing udarbejde planer for udviklingen af vores CRM aktiviteter
- Forstå, samt forbedre og udnytte de nye segmenters kunderejse
- Udarbejdelse af kampagne- og aktivitetsplaner for erhverv sammen med kanalejerne
- Planlægge og eksekvere på webinarer og andre events i samarbejde med dine kollegaer i Marketing og Erhverv
- Sikre effektmålinger, opfølgning og afrapportering på aktiviteter
- Udarbejde og implementere nye initiativer til optimering af lead generering
- Gennemføre diverse ad hoc marketingprojekter, som fx optimering af arbejdsprocesser
Det forventer vi af dig
Vi forestiller os, at du har en relevant uddannelsesmæssig baggrund på bachelor- eller kandidatniveau og minimum 5 års relevant erfaring inden for B2B marketing, gerne i bank eller forsikringsbranchen, men det er ikke noget krav. Du har arbejdet med ABM og har dokumenterbare erfaringer og ved hvad der skal til for at skabe leads til forretningen på alle niveauer. Du er en thinker og en do’er. Ingen opgave er for lille eller for stor, når det drejer sig om at vi skal eksekvere på aktivitetsplanen og der er en deadline vi skal nå - for her løfter alle i flok. Dine samarbejdsevner på tværs af organisationen er også alfa og omega og stakeholder management excellerer du i.
Du har erfaring med styring af marketingplaner og kan demonstrere solide erfaringer med dataanalyse og hvordan analyser omsættes til faktiske forbedringer i dine marketingaktiviteter. Som person drives du af at skabe stærke resultater gennem engagement, god planlægning og et velfungerende samarbejde. Du er ambitiøs, målrettet og proaktiv og følger dine indsatser til dørs. Du er meget struktureret og analytisk tænkende, men har samtidig modet til at udfordre status quo. Som kollega har du fokus på at inddrage viden og kompetencer fra dine kollegaer i afdelingen og i resten af organisationen og dine kollegaer vil opleve dig som opsøgende og interesseret. Du har en veludviklet organisationsforståelse og er en dygtig formidler.
