We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Rewards Manager to join our team. As the Global Rewards Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing our rewards strategies and supporting the different Executive Board areas. This hands-on role requires someone who can effectively manage stakeholders, provide expert advice, and drive operational excellence in our rewards programs. You will be reporting to the Director of Rewards and Recognition and be an integral part of the Global HR team.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • Serving as the single point of contact for the Executive Board areas you support, representing the Centre of Excellence (CoE)
  • Supporting the annual compensation review as well as total rewards matters linked to organizational changes, pay transparency, capability building, performance management, benchmarking etc.
  • Identifying continuous improvement opportunities in our rewards and recognition programs
  • Advising HR Business Partners and Senior Leaders on rewards matters
  • Executing well-established stakeholder management skills, effectively persuading and asserting your position with senior leaders while maintaining a collaborative approach
  • Comprehending and integrating business perspectives into rewards strategies
  • Assessing relevant metrics throughout the company and staying close to external market trends
  • Responding to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests, including preparing presentations with findings and recommendations
  • Leading various global rewards projects to prepare STG for the future

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?

  • Master's in Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar relevant academic background
  • 5+ years' experience in the field of Rewards
  • 2+ years' experience in senior stakeholder management
  • Experience in working with global teams is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in relevant HR and compensation systems and tools
  • Experience in project management is a plus
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
