Job Description
As Performance Brand Leader, you will be a driving force in our product development and heading up our project leader team, ensuring we meet our portfolio and category objectives. You will lead the Project Leader Team, continuously developing their capabilities to create a world-class, high-performing team that fosters an agile product team culture.

Working closely with your team, you will oversee portfolio planning to visualize and facilitate product development and launches through clear gate planning. You will play a crucial role in managing project resources to effectively drive outcomes and deliverables, maximizing value. Your leadership will bring clarity to project opportunities and risks, enabling clear prioritization that supports world-class portfolio and category strategies, ultimately impacting the lives of our consumers.

By connecting with production and overseeing our portfolio, you will support Product Life Cycle management from ideation to end-of-life, constantly reviewing cost and feasibility to align with portfolio and category strategies. You will lead and develop all aspects of shared services required to develop and produce the product portfolio, including shared processes with external and internal partners and service providers. Building a data-centric approach to drive faster and more accurate decision-making is essential for improving product delivery.
